A fun and beautiful introduction to rhythmic gymnastics for little ones! 🌸 Children will explore movement, flexibility, coordination, balance, and beginner rhythmic skills using rope, ribbon, hoop, ball and clubs in a positive and encouraging environment.

Rhythmic Gymnastics Dress Code

To help students move safely and comfortably while maintaining a professional training environment, all students are expected to follow the dress code below for every class.

Required Attire

• Rhythmic gymnastics toe shoes or clean socks
• Comfortable stretch clothing such bike shorts, leggings, stretch tank top or shirt.
• Skirts, Jeans, non stretch fabrics are NOT allowed.

Hair

• Hair must be secured in a neat, high bun (if hair is long) or pony tail before class.

Accessories

• No necklaces, bracelets, rings, watches, or dangling earrings.
• Small stud earrings are permitted.
