This class is a beginner level 1. focusing on stretching, basic body skills such as cartwheels, bridges, jumps, turns, balances and rolls. Athletes will be introduce to the 4 apparatus (rope, ball, ribbon and hoop)

Price: $210 per month (1x per week)

Annual Registration Fee $100 per athlete

Time: 5:30pm- 7:00pm

Day: Tuesdays and or Thursdays
